Position Overview
BLN24 is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support one of our AWS Elevate programs. This role is responsible not only for executing demand generation campaigns, but also for helping lead demand gen strategy, owning pipeline visibility, and facilitating weekly pipeline calls in close partnership with Sales, Program Managers, and AWS stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Help shape and execute demand generation strategy aligned to AWS Elevate program goals and target executive personas.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, ABM, webinars, events, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Translate AWS GTM priorities and program objectives into executable campaign plans.

Pipeline Leadership & Weekly Calls
  • Lead and facilitate weekly pipeline calls with Sales, Program Managers, and AWS stakeholders.
  • Review pipeline creation, stage progression, conversion rates, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure marketing-sourced and influenced opportunities are tracked and advancing.
  • Identify pipeline risks and recommend corrective actions.

Lead Management & Sales Alignment
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and clean handoffs.
  • Support AWS co-sell and MDF-funded activities and reporting.

Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Produce performance and pipeline reports with insights.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align with Program Managers on timelines and commitments.
  • Partner with Content and Creative teams on campaign assets.
  • Stay current on demand generation and AWS marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation or revenue marketing.
  • Experience leading or supporting pipeline review calls.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS partner or hyperscaler programs.
  • Familiarity with AWS Partner Central, MDF, and co-sell.
  • Experience marketing to executive personas and enterprise accounts.
