Position Overview:

BLN24 BLN24 is seeking a Consultant with hands‑on experience developing go‑to‑market communications and marketing materials, paired with strong project management and analytical skills. This role is ideal for individuals who bring creativity, structure, and strategic thinking to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Client Management
  • Manage marketing‑focused and strategic communications projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Lead and support client meetings, workshops, and content reviews; capture notes, action items, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate across cross‑functional teams—including creative, communications, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Build structured project plans, track progress, identify risks, and propose creative solutions.
  • Provide exceptional client service by anticipating needs, driving clarity, and consistently delivering high‑quality work.

Go‑to‑Market Communications & Content Development
  • Develop and refine go‑to‑market strategies, messaging frameworks, launch briefs, and value‑proposition materials.
  • Create high‑quality GTM content including pitch decks, one‑pagers, FAQs, talking points, marketing copy, and client‑facing materials.
  • Support speakers, presenters, and SMEs by preparing talking points, scripts, moderating guides, and run‑of‑show documents.
  • Translate complex technical or mission‑driven concepts into clear, compelling, and audience‑appropriate content.

Research & Strategy
  • Conduct research to inform messaging, audience insights, competitive positioning, and GTM strategies.
  • Synthesize findings into recommendations, content, and executive‑ready summaries.
  • Evaluate new ideas, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement across workstreams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in gotomarket communications, marketing project management, strategic communications, or consulting.
  • Strong writing and content development skills with experience producing polished, clientready deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects, timelines, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or other content development tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced, dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a consulting firm, marketing agency, or clientfacing environment.
  • Experience preparing speakers, moderators, or facilitators for events, presentations, or engagements.
  • Background in strategic communications, marketing, or user experience.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
