Position Title: AI Data Analyst


Position Summary:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented, analytical, and innovative AI Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on supporting data analysis, reporting, and machine learning (ML) initiatives in collaboration with AI data engineers and software developers. The goal is to develop and optimize tools that leverage large data sets and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to answer critical questions for stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with AI data engineers, software developers, and cross-functional teams to automate data processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing structured and unstructured datasets to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of AI/ML models, focusing on data preparation and performance evaluation.
  • Use data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that communicate findings.
  • Monitor the performance and accuracy of AI tools and models, ensuring data reliability and integrity.
  • Document data workflows, analytical processes, and model outputs to maintain transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or AI/ML-related projects.
  • Strong analytical background with exposure to AI/ML concepts and technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Basic understanding of machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar libraries.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools or natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analyses.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and adaptable with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
